18 Holes to Home provides real estate education, planning, and intake for Pacific Northwest buyers and sellers. Participation does not guarantee an invitation, financing, offer acceptance, sale, or closing outcome.

Eligibility and Accuracy

Applicants agree to provide truthful and current information. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may be deprioritized or rejected from invite consideration.

Financial and Market Disclaimer

Guidance is educational and strategic in nature. Mortgage terms, rates, and approvals are subject to lender underwriting and program eligibility. Market commentary is informational and not a guarantee of performance.

Professional Relationships

Real estate services, when requested, are provided by Isaac Ortiz at Compass and require any separate disclosures or written agreements required by law. Mortgage services, when requested, are provided separately by the participating licensed mortgage professional. Using the site or submitting a form does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, lending, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship. You may choose any agent or lender.

Contact Requests

Submitting a planning or callback form asks the team to contact you by phone or email about that request. The form does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts. You may ask us to stop non-transactional follow-up at any time.
