We collect the contact details, planning answers, property or financing questions, and optional attribution data you submit through the site.

How We Use Information

We use this information to review your request, prepare the right planning conversation, coordinate a round or off-course meeting, and send service follow-up. This form does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts; any future marketing-text program would require separate consent.

Data Sharing

We don't sell personal information. A request may be shared with Isaac Ortiz at Compass, the participating licensed mortgage professional, and service providers that support hosting, forms, analytics, and communications. You are free to use any real estate agent or lender.

Retention and Security

Applicant data is retained for operational and compliance needs and is protected with role-based access controls and standard security practices.
