What requesting a round does

Submitting the form sends your timeline, budget, and goals to the team so a host can follow up personally, by the date shown when you apply. Once you submit, you can request a callback sooner right from the confirmation page. The team may contact you by phone or email about that request.

What it doesn't do

Sending the form does not commit you to working with any specific host, lender, or broker — you're free to use any lender, agent, builder, or settlement-service provider. It does not create an agency, brokerage, lending, or fiduciary relationship by itself, and it does not guarantee an invitation, financing, offer acceptance, sale, or closing outcome. It also does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts.

Lending is optional

Changing your mind or cancelling
